IT Help Desk Technician

• Manage and resolve Tier 1 service desk request
• Track and resolve service tickets in a timely manner
• Keep up to date with firm’s applications, Microsoft 365, and other documentation systems
• Monitor incidents to identify trends, determine cause, and work with technical teams to find solutions

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science

• 2+ years of help desk or IT support experience
• Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm highly preferred
• Experience maintaining and supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 applications, and mobile devices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• $51,000 - $82,000 annually
