IT Analyst

• Deliver Tier II deskside and remote support to the firm’s end-users
• Keep track of service tickets and ensure their timely resolution
• Handle the imaging, configuration, and maintenance of the tech equipment
• Provide support in the procurement of hardware and tech equipment and oversee inventory

• 5+ years of desktop and end-user support experience
• Associate’s degree required and further education is preferred
• Technical certifications are strongly preferred
• Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm preferred
• Hands-on experience working with the Windows enterprise and Microsoft 365 applications
• Working knowledge of remote support tools, ticketing systems, and legal industry applications

• $70,000 - $95,000 annually DOE
