Technical Support Representative

We’re seeking a Technology Support Specialist with SaaS product support experience to join a fast-moving, fully remote team. This role focuses on supporting a cloud-based platform tied to laundromat payment and management systems, including connected hardware and IoT devices.

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * 1-3 years of SaaS product support experience (NOT traditional IT/MS helpdesk)

• Strong understanding of:
• IoT ecosystems
• Networking fundamentals
• Gateways, antennas, Wi-Fi interference
• Browser/software troubleshooting
• Technologies like Zigbee or Balena are a plus
• Experience supporting hardware/software connectivity issues and on-site device troubleshooting

$25 - $30 an hour - Temporary, Temp-to-hire, Full-time, Pulled from the full job description
