Job description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, customization, and integrations. This role requires working in UK shift hours and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions., * Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.

Build and maintain plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and extensions using C# and .NET.
Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Azure services.
Work with Power Platform components including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Support data migration, system enhancements, and version upgrades.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and release management.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server.
Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 plugin development and custom workflow activities.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 security architecture.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs.
Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a global/UK shift environment.
