Job description

A leading multifamily developer and builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale residential project in the Greater Boston area. This is a primarily remote role with periodic site visits, offering the opportunity to lead complex wood-frame projects from preconstruction through delivery.   • Fully remote role with strong compensation and bonus structure, Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, this individual will manage the full lifecycle of a 300-unit wood-frame, garden-style multifamily project located in East Falmouth, MA.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financial performance
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Oversee jobsite operations, including periodic on-site presence
  • Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership
  • Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation across all project stages

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of construction project management experience
  • Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction (required)
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale residential developments
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be based in the Greater Boston area
  • Ability to travel to site weekly initially, then bi-monthly as the project progresses

  • Base salary: $160K - $200K
  • Guaranteed 20% annual bonus (paid quarterly)
