A leading multifamily developer and builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale residential project in the Greater Boston area. - Fully remote role with strong compensation and bonus structure, Reporting directly to senior executive leadership, this individual will manage the full lifecycle of a 300-unit wood-frame, garden-style multifamily project located in East Falmouth, MA.Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project financial performance
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Oversee jobsite operations, including periodic on-site presence
- Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Provide regular updates and reporting to executive leadership
- Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation across all project stages
Requirements
- 10-15 years of construction project management experience
- Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction (required)
- Proven ability to manage large-scale residential developments
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be based in the Greater Boston area
- Ability to travel to site weekly initially, then bi-monthly as the project progresses

- Base salary: $160K - $200K
- Guaranteed 20% annual bonus (paid quarterly)
