Job description

Monitor network health and alarm activity using network management tools
Analyze, triage, escalate, and resolve network incidents within SLA timelines
Create and maintain incident tickets with accurate documentation
Provide technical updates to internal teams and management
Perform proactive monitoring to identify issues before service disruption
Coordinate with operations, engineering, and technical support teams
Track and follow up on incidents until closure
Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of NOC / Network Monitoring / Network Surveillance experience
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Subnetting, and OSI Model
Experience with incident management and ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced 24x7 support environment
