IT Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s information systems and technology, providing technical support to users, installing and configuring software and hardware, managing networks and computing infrastructure, and addressing technical issues and problems., * Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware

• Manage and support networks and computing infrastructure
• Provide ongoing technical support to organization users
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time
• Manage and monitor backup and recovery systems
• Perform updates and upgrades to existing systems
• Collaborate with other teams on various technology projects
• Monitor information security and implement relevant procedures

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in the IT field, at least 3 years

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of network management and communication protocols
• Experience with on-premises servers and storage solutions
• Ability to solve complex technical problems in real-time
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
