IT Support Engineer

• Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software applications, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects involving quantum engineering technologies and innovative solutions
• Document all support activities accurately in ticketing systems and create detailed reports for ongoing analysis
• Conduct routine system audits and security checks to safeguard organizational data and infrastructure

Do you have experience in Computer hardware?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting

• Familiarity with quantum engineering concepts and their application within information technology is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly and effectively
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is advantageous
