Requirements

10+ yoe within Software Engineer

o C#, .NET Core, Web APIs

o Microservices & distributed systems

o SQL performance tuning

Strong communication skills

End-to-End Ownership of the SDLC

o Owned Delivery from Requirements gathering * design * development * release

AI Experience

o Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs

o Agentic AI concepts or workflows

o Azure OpenAI / Azure AI ecosystem / Claude (preferred)

o Prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, vector DBs, Agentic workflows / AI agents * Financial Services / Banking (KYC / AML strongly preferred)

Insight Global is seeking an Expert Software Engineer operating at a principal level, combining advanced software engineering expertise with emerging AI-driven development capabilities.

This is a pure software engineering role at its core, requiring deep hands-on experience across the modern .NET stack-including C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture on Azure.

You will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable backend systems while helping the organization build agentic AI pipelines from the ground up-introducing automation across development, QA, and performance workflows.
