IT Support Technician - South Manchester

An established professional services organisation based in South Manchester is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its internal IT team.This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional looking to further develop their technical skills within a structured and professional environment, while gaining exposure to a broad range of systems and technologies.Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via telephone, email, and onsite assistanceCreate and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwordsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and general infrastructure issuesSupport and maintain desktop environments, printers, and telecommunications equipmentAssist with system monitoring, backups, and antivirus maintenanceSupport onboarding processes for new employees, including IT setup and user guidanceLiaise with third-party suppliers and internal departments to resolve technical issuesMaintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and mobile devicesRequirements

Previous experience within an IT support or helpdesk environmentGood working knowledge of
