Data Analyst (Fully Remote) - Global Enterprise Product Company (U.S Based)

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business and product decisions.

Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Analyze customer behavior, product usage, operational metrics, and business performance data.

Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for executive leadership and business stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and performance measurement.

Support forecasting, trend analysis, and business planning initiatives.

Document data definitions, business rules, and reporting methodologies.

Participate in data governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or Analytics Professional.

Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources.

Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, reporting practices, and KPI development.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Python or R for data analysis and data manipulation.

Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and modern analytics architectures.

Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation workflows.

Exposure to product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, or operational analytics.

Experience working with SaaS, technology, fintech, healthcare, retail, or enterprise software environments.

Understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling concepts.

Experience working within Agile product and engineering teams.
