Job description

You will work with customer records, contact information and purchase history data - structuring, validating and building connections between our CRM platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the business.

  • Build and maintain accurate client records within our CRM and internal systems
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency and accuracy across all platforms
  • Perform data entry across CRM and supplier software systems
  • Identify, flag and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
  • Support data clean-up and audit activities
  • Follow defined data standards and internal processes

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Experience working with CRM systems

  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools, including Dynamics, SharePoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems (any platform)
  • A background in data entry, administration or system support
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be advantageous
