Immediate Hiring Critical Infrastructure Field Technician

Consistent Solutions LLC provides installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support for industrial facilities, mission-critical infrastructure, advanced cooling systems, and data centers across the United States.

Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial and data center equipment. Assist with equipment commissioning and startup. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical systems. Operate hand and power tools safely. Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites. Complete service reports and project documentation. Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Strong mechanical aptitude required. Construction, industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or similar experience preferred. Data center experience preferred. Bitcoin mining experience is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn new technologies and equipment. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when necessary. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime available Must be willing to work weekends, overtime, and occasional extended shifts as project schedules require.
