Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.

Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
-
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
-
Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
-
Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
Requirements
-
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS āPUBLIC TRUSTā; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.

US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.

Minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience.
-
Ability to commute to client or corporate offices depending on the need up to 3 times per week.
-
A bachelorās Degree is required.
-
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
-
Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.
-
Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
-
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
-
Experience working in an Agile environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.

Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.

Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions.
What Would Be Nice To Have** **:

Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
-
Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.

Bachelorās degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or Business.
-
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
-
Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.
-
Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
-
General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.

Candidates with an ACTIVE āSECRETā or higher-level clearance are preferred.
Benefits & conditions
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
