SAP EC Payroll Process Owner

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Process Owner to lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. The role involves driving payroll operations, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with business and statutory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end SAP EC Payroll processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders for payroll solutions.
• Support payroll configuration, testing, issue resolution, and process improvements.
• Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with implementation/support teams for enhancements and integrations.
• Monitor payroll accuracy, timelines, and system performance.

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, and HR processes.
• Experience with payroll configuration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of integrations between EC, Payroll, and third-party systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in global or multi-country payroll environments is preferred.
