HR Application Engineer

As a PeopleSoft Application Engineer, you ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our Oracle PeopleSoft environment, at the heart of our HR ecosystem.

Your Role

You act as a key technical owner, combining application expertise, operational excellence, and business understanding:

• Run & Reliability *

• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of the PeopleSoft platform
• Resolve incidents end-to-end across application, interfaces, and infrastructure
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement

• Change & Evolution *

• Analyze HR needs and deliver enhancements using PeopleSoft (PeopleTools, Integration Broker, etc.)
• Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business processes

• Security & Compliance *

• Apply secure-by-design principles (access control, data protection, segregation of duties)
• Ensure full traceability of changes and activities to meet audit and regulatory requirements

• Integration & Data *

• Manage interfaces with payroll, time tracking, and other systems
• Guarantee data consistency and reliability across the HR landscape

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Solid experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HR domain is a strong plus)

• Strong technical skills (PeopleTools, SQL, integrations)
• Ability to troubleshoot across application and infrastructure layers
• Understanding of HR processes and data flows
• Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
