Specialist Technical Support Level 4 (Network) is a hybrid (mix of home & office working) role This is a CV only process - please ensure your employment history is up to date You will be invited to a 2 stage interview process. The 1st stage interview (via Teams) will be to discuss your employment background and CV to assess suitability for the role before potentially progressing to a 2nd stage face to face interview. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the role. The salary will include an additional 5% Market Supplement on the base annual salary which is reviewed annually 1st April (next review 1st April 2027)

The main purpose of the role is to work as a member of the Specialist Technical Support Team and providing some local supervision of work colleagues as required, contributing to an efficient and effective Customer Service, ensuring a quality end to end ICT Service for West Mercia Police. To provide a high level of technical support across West Mercia Police, both to internal customers and to external customers ensuring the department is offering the best level of service in terms of ICT services, specialist applications and equipment.
