Graduate Data Analyst

You will support the Data and Digital Operations teams with a variety of day-to-day operational, technical, and administrative tasks. The role offers hands-on experience working with business data, campaign delivery, reporting, and digital systems., * Assisting with preparing and processing business data files

• Running data counts and producing reports for internal teams and clients
• Supporting data cleansing, formatting, and validation activities
• Helping deliver data extracts and campaign files
• Assisting with importing and exporting data between systems
• Supporting the Head of Digital Operations with:
• Email campaign scheduling
• Email deliverability monitoring
• Campaign setup and testing
• Suppression and unsubscribe processing
• Carrying out quality checks on data and campaign outputs
• Updating spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
• Helping investigate data issues and discrepancies
• Providing general IT and operational support where required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Basic understanding of Excel formulas
• Interest in databases, SQL, or reporting tools
• Understanding of email marketing platforms
• Curious about AI and it’s impact on Data Analysis
• Previous office or IT experience
