Job description

As an IT Desktop Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for end-user support issues, providing hands-on and remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications. You’ll play a key role in maintaining seamless technical operations for our clients and internal users., * Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals

  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and general software issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Manage Active Directory tasks (password resets, user management, etc.)
  • Handle remote support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
  • Support hardware replacements, upgrades, and repairs
  • Collaborate with other engineers to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and system changes

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience as an IT Support or Desktop Engineer

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking
  • Familiar with Active Directory and basic server-side support (a plus)
  • Good understanding of PC hardware troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with MSP (Managed Service Provider) environments
  • IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, or similar (preferred but not essential)
  • Age must be between 28 to 45 years.
