Job Summary : DESK SIDE SERVICES : Provide L2 deskside and depot support for end-user devices, Job Responsibilities : * Provide L2 deskside and depot support for end-user devices * Support Manufacturing (MLL) workstations & compliance process * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues * Handle laptop/desktop builds, imaging, and deployment * Manage asset tracking, inventory, and lifecycle activities * Support new hire onboarding (NH builds) and refresh activities * Coordinate with vendors (e.g., DHL, OEMs, Xerox) for repairs and logistics * Ensure adherence to SLA and ticket resolution timelines * Update and maintain accurate ticket notes in ServiceNow * Provide onsite support across multiple locations, with flexible scheduling * Handle escalations and critical incidents with ownership * Candidate He must report to these sites NA- United States - Lititz 400 West Lincoln Ave - 3 days/week (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday) * Candidate He must report to these sites NA - United States - Fort Washington 7050 Camp Hill Rd, Building C - C0540 - 2 days/week (Thursday-Friday) role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing assets, and ensuring SLA compliance
