Job description
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering an immediate start with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. The successful candidate will take ownership of the school’s Management Information System, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and effective reporting to support school leaders., * Manage and maintain the school’s Management Information System (MIS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date student and staff data.
- Produce reports and analyse data to support Senior Leadership with strategic decision-making.
- Complete statutory returns in line with Department for Education requirements.
- Monitor attendance, assessment and student performance data.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and maintain the integrity and security of all school data.
- Provide support and guidance to staff on the effective use of the school’s MIS.
- Review and improve data processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience working within a school office or education setting.
- Experience managing a school MIS, ideally Arbor, although experience with Bromcom, SIMS or another school MIS will also be considered.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A sound understanding of GDPR and data protection.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the school.
