AI/ML Engineer

· 8+ years of software engineering, with at least 2 years in applied LLM or multi-agent systems in production.

· Hands-on experience building multi-agent orchestration systems (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, custom frameworks, or equivalent)

· Deep understanding of RAG pipelines - embedding models, vector stores, graph-based retrieval, and grounding strategies

· Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise backends (ticketing systems, ITSM tools, CRM, or similar)

· Strong Python skills; comfort reasoning about async, event-driven agent workflows.

· Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery across cross-functional teams
