Blu Omega is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to support a federal program focused on space communications. This role operates within a hybrid environment and is responsible for configuration, declarative development, and solution build-out within Salesforce. The position requires experience supporting Salesforce solutions, workflows, and user experience enhancements. OmniStudio experience is strongly preferred and may be a deciding factor.
Mission overview: Supporting acquisition and management of satellite communications services for the U.S. Army and Space Force, overseeing validation, funding, and payment workflows.
Key Details: Remote-first with optional two days/week in Arlington, VA Clearance: U.S. Citizen / Clearance-eligible Work Authorization: Employee must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, flows, and permission sets
- Build and optimize workflows and business process automation
- Contribute to solution design and collaborate closely with senior engineers
- Support the re-standup of an existing Salesforce implementation
- Assist in delivering new application capabilities and enhancements
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Salesforce Flow
- U.S. Citizenship and clearance eligibility
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to contribute in a fast-moving, team-based environment, * OmniStudio experience
- Public sector or federal program exposure
- Experience working within complex, compliance-driven environments
- Curious and proactive contributor
- Not purely ticket-driven; engaged in solutioning conversations
- Comfortable adapting to niche or customized tooling
- Motivated by mission-driven public sector work
