Development and Membership Manager

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3-5 years experience in membership services, fundraising, or nonprofit development, with a strong track record of successful grant proposal writing and event planning.
• Proficiency in CRM software and donor databases; experience with email marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in digital marketing strategies including social media management, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to collect and analyze data effectively using databases and research methods to inform decision-making processes.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including donors, volunteers, university partners, and community organizations.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget constraints.
• Event planning experience.
