Network and Computer Systems Administrators

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Configure, maintain, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
2. Administer routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and SD-WAN solutions.
3. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot routing, switching, and connectivity issues.
4. Implement and maintain network security controls to ensure secure communication and infrastructure protection.
5. Support network upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives.
6. Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities using IT service management processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN administration, routing and switching, firewall management, network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure, highly available network environments.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience supporting enterprise or data center network environments.
3. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
4. Knowledge of network security best practices and disaster recovery concepts.
