Job description

We are looking for a true market maker-a Growth Experience Architect ready to define the category and differentiate our approach from legacy technologies that fail to drive real revenue for our clients. You are the visionary behind a platform shift, guiding industries from passive observation to active, real-time orchestration through a tech-consultative approach. This role is designed for enterprise experts who move beyond simple optimization to lead step-function innovation.

Reporting to the CRO, you will curate the end-to-end growth journey, reframing partner conversations around “real-time revenue, automation, and operational lift.” As a strategist and advisor, you will thrive in high-growth environments by engineering value and creating meaningful digital transformations.

Essential Functions

  • Drive aggressive market penetration and high-velocity acquisition of net-new enterprise and mid-market logos.
  • Cultivate strategic alliances with C-level visionaries, operators, and technology architects to simplify the impact CeiloVision brings immediately to a business.
  • Orchestrate value and engineer rapid wins by managing a disciplined execution cycle from discovery to complex business case engineering.
  • Leverage CieloVision’s intelligence ecosystem to convert unseen operational data into actionable, real-time revenue streams for partners.
  • Architect and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage regional data insights to exceed revenue objectives.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy through disciplined use of intelligence-driven CRM workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and success teams to ensure high-impact deployment and rapid time-to-value.
  • Represent CieloVision at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and partner engagements.
  • Synthesize market intelligence and competitive feedback to steer executive leadership on platform evolution.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue and unit quotas.
  • Travel approximately 25%-40% as necessary to support customer engagements and company initiatives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales experience within tech?, * 5+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience.

  • Proven experience selling SaaS, AI, computer vision, digital signage, analytics, infrastructure, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota in a hunter-focused sales role.
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with strong accountability and ownership mentality.
  • Strong organizational skills and forecasting discipline.
  • Experience CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required., * Vertical Mastery: Demonstrated success selling high-impact revenue strategies into high-throughput, multi-unit environments such as QSR/Fast Casual, Retail, Hospitality, or Automotive/Dealership ecosystems.
  • Consultative Edge: Deep familiarity with spatial intelligence, computer vision, digital experience platforms (DXP), or enterprise display infrastructure-and the ability to frame these as P&L growth drivers rather than IT line items.
  • Network & Influence: Existing relationships with C-level operators, marketing strategists, and technology leaders in multi-unit enterprises; proven ability to bridge the gap between IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Market Maker DNA: Direct experience in high-growth technology or startup environments, specifically where you were responsible for defining a new category or displacing entrenched legacy vendors with a superior, outcome-based value proposition., * B2B technology sales: 5 years (Required)
  • Sales: SaaS, AI, computer vision, digital sign, analytics: 5 years (Required)
