Sales Order Specialist (temp, SAP experience a must!)

AnaSpec, Inc., seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Order Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate order processing and providing outstanding support to our customers throughout the order lifecycle.

General Responsibilities

• Taking and entering customer orders into the ordering system FLEXO and SAP
• Maintain and update the customer production status including but not limiting to late project updating, peptide production tracking, and peptide production turn-around time (TAT)
• Enter sales orders daily.
• Follow up on purchase orders that have issues with pricing, unit size, shipping, etc.
• Update customer information in C4C or enter new customer information in C4C if needed.
• Close out quotes when customers place their orders.
• Take orders over the telephone. Consistently check e-mail for new online or e-mail orders.
• Help customers with inventory questions and if needed, contact the appropriate department head for information on product availability.
• Perform price checks for the customers when needed.
• When needed, assist with the custom peptides sales orders.
• Ensure implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of QMS through SOP documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Minimum 3-5 years customer service experience

• Experience with rapidly growing organizations, including meeting recruiting goals and new hire assimilation.
• Able to lift, push, pull up to 25lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate detailed information at all levels both internally and externally.
• Experience in a biotech/pharma company, preferred.
