Job description

We’re hiring a part-time GIS Analyst to take on production work across our active client portfolio in the steady stream of smaller deliverables that keep our projects moving. It’s a hands-on execution role for someone comfortable working independently, juggling several small jobs at once, and getting things done without heavy oversight.

What you’ll do:

  • Production cartography and complex/batch data editing in ArcGIS Pro
  • Build and maintain ArcGIS Online content (web maps, apps, dashboards, hosted layers)
  • Handle deliverables across multiple concurrent client projects
  • Keep data organized, documented, and QA’d to a professional standard, * Part-time, 20 hours/week, six-month term with potential to extend based on workload and fit
  • $35-$45/hour, based on experience
  • Mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Westerville, OH up to once per week (if a finalist for the role, there will be an in-person interview)
  • Ohio residents only
  • This is a Part-time role; benefits are not included

Requirements

Do you have experience in GIS software?, * 3+ years of hands-on GIS experience

  • Solid working proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online (Experience Builder, Survey123)
  • Comfort managing your own time across several small assignments
  • Clear communication and reliable turnaround
  • Attention to detail in data and ArcGIS-based web application output
