Job description
- Handle application support and maintenance activities for critical production systems
- Monitor, analyze, assign, and resolve production incidents
- Perform batch monitoring and troubleshoot issues
- Manage defect tracking, resolution, and coordination with stakeholders
- Provide support for production deployments and releases
- Collaborate with business, IT, offshore, and near shore teams
- Prepare support metrics, reports, and status updates
- Participate in shift support and weekend production activities as needed
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Lead - Mainframe with strong expertise in Mainframe technologies and production support. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing application support, maintenance activities, and leading technical teams in a production environment., Mainframe, * Strong experience in Mainframe production environments
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating support activities
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
