Job description

  • Lead the enterprise search platform strategy and architecture.
  • Develop scalable, cloud-native search solutions.
  • Improve search relevance using KPIs (CTR, Zero Results, Query Performance).
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • 7+ years of Search Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of Technical Leadership experience.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong AWS experience (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Coveo (preferred), Vertex AI Search for Commerce, or Lucidworks Fusion.
  • Experience building low-latency APIs and managing the full SDLC (design, development, deployment, production support).
  • Search relevance, NLP, Vector Search, Personalization, and Search Analytics.
  • Git/GitHub, Agile, and A/B testing., * B2B/eCommerce search experience.
  • Master’’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
