Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused IT Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our IT Department - traveling to all of our locations to keep our hardware, software, and network infrastructure running smoothly. If you are a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in delivering excellent service and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, we want to hear from you!, * Travel to various company locations to provide hands-on IT support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
- Assist with the physical setup and troubleshooting of network equipment, including routers, switches, and cabling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on all service requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the company’s ticketing system
- Help track IT inventory, deploy new equipment, and process the retirement and recycling of hardware
- Conduct routine checks and physical maintenance of IT equipment at all sites
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Field Tech Support, or a related technical role preferred
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, basic networking principles, and standard office hardware
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - a company vehicle is provided
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- This role requires frequent travel between multiple local and regional office locations
- Must be able to safely lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., * Field Tech Support: 1 year (Preferred)
- IT Helpdesk: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required)

- Fayetteville, AR 72703 (Required)
