Part-Time Windows System Administrator

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, security, and uptime
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements

This role is ideal for a self-motivated IT professional who enjoys managing and maintaining Windows-based systems in a dynamic business environment., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR minimum of 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience

• Experience with Microsoft 365 / cloud environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and server environments
• Experience with Active Directory, networking, and system security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred (but not required)

• Familiarity with virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)
• Basic scripting (PowerShell)
