• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, procedures, and validation protocols.
• Design and implement automated and manual testing solutions for complex systems and products.
• Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures or performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support product verification, validation, and qualification activities.
• Evaluate system performance and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Generate technical reports, test documentation, and performance analyses.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product reliability, quality, and testing efficiency.
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations to improve product performance and manufacturability.
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-level issues.
• Ensure testing activities comply with applicable regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals with expertise in test engineering, product validation, system integration, hardware and software testing, and advanced engineering development.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and improving testing strategies that ensure product quality, performance, and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with complex testing environments, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives., * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Extensive experience in test engineering, product validation, quality engineering, or related technical fields.
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies, validation processes, and engineering best practices.
• Experience developing and executing test plans and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing systems and data acquisition tools.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, electronics, manufacturing, or advanced technology products.
• Familiarity with reliability testing, environmental testing, and system integration activities.
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to product testing.
• Experience with continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.
