About the company

Our client is a Norwegian energy and technology group operating across offshore wind, drilling, and well services. Headquartered in Bergen, the group delivers project and engineering services, well operations, and rig assets to major energy operators globally, with offices and operations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.

The internal IT function supports the full group with system implementation, custom development, integrations, data platforms, and integration platforms. A dedicated Power Platform team - staffed both in Norway and through a near-shore development centre in Manila - delivers business-facing applications, workflow automation, and platform-based solutions across finance, HR, operations, and project delivery functions. The platform has been in active use for five to six years and is a strategic component of the group’s digital landscape, with growing investment in Dataverse, Copilot, and enterprise-grade governance.
