Job description

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to support our product and engineering teams, improve delivery processes, and help create a predictable and sustainable way of working.

This role combines Scrum facilitation, team agile coaching, project coordination, dependency management, and continuous process improvement.

You will work closely with Product, Tech, QA, and external technology partners to improve collaboration, identify delivery risks early, remove blockers, and help teams deliver valuable outcomes consistently., * Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Demo meetings, and Retrospectives.

  • Help teams consistently follow agreed delivery processes, including Feature Intake, Backlog Refinement, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, estimation guidelines, and Sprint Planning.
  • Support Product and Technology teams in preparing work before it reaches wider-team refinement and Sprint Planning.
  • Improve the quality and effectiveness of the ceremonies and meetings.
  • Help teams create realistic Sprint Goals and delivery plans and execute them.
  • Coach teams and individuals in Scrum, Agile principles, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, track, and help remove delivery blockers.
  • Coordinate dependencies between Product, engineering teams, QA, external partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Track delivery risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up actions in a transparent way.
  • Support planning based on priorities, team capacity, dependencies, and known risks.
  • Facilitate difficult discussions and help resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Use delivery metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support informed decisions.
  • Keep track of, validate, monitor the delivery speed of teams and individuals, and be able to suggest improvements.
  • Maintain clear delivery visibility using Jira, Confluence, and other planning tools.
  • Support coordination with external development partners and distributed teams.
  • Help continuously improve delivery processes as the organization and teams grow.
  • Support Product and Technology leadership with planning, coordination, and process improvement., * Teams spend less time in ineffective meetings and more time delivering valuable work in time.
  • Backlog items are prepared and refined before Sprint Planning.
  • Sprint Goals are clear, realistic, understood by the team and regularly achieved.
  • Delivery risks and dependencies are identified early.
  • Teams continuously improve their processes and collaboration.
  • Product, Technology, and QA work together with clear responsibilities.
  • Delivery becomes more predictable without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • External partners and internal teams work within a clear and consistent delivery process.
  • Cross-dependencies between work streams are clear and do not impede the delivery plans.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Strong practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, Project Manager in an Agile environment, or in a similar delivery-focused role.

  • Experience supporting software engineering and product teams.
  • Excellent understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
  • Strong experience facilitating Scrum events and improving team processes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to challenge teams and stakeholders constructively.
  • Experience coordinating cross-team dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Experience working with Product Owners, engineering leads, QA, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance Agile principles with practical business and delivery needs.
  • Experience improving existing processes rather than applying frameworks mechanically.
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to follow-up and execution., * Experience working in a product-focused technology organisation.
  • Experience supporting multiple engineering teams.
  • Experience working with external development partners or distributed teams.
  • Experience supporting roadmap planning and longer-term delivery coordination.
  • Familiarity with Gantt charts, dependency maps, RAID logs, and other planning techniques.
  • Experience working in healthcare, regulated environments, or complex B2B products.
  • Scrum Master, Agile, or project management certification.
  • Experience working closely with senior Product and Technology leadership.
