  • Coordinate store updates by configuring “What’s New” release notes.
  • Execute and monitor store listing A/B tests (icons, screenshots, metadata) to optimize store page conversion and support organic traffic growth.
  • Support the team during app rejections by communicating with Apple/Google platform support and coordinating with developers to resolve submission blocks.
  • Coordinate closely with Game Development and Marketing teams to track submission timelines, build readiness, and dependency statuses.
  • Report progress directly to the team and comply fully with the company’s mission statement, policies, processes, and studio strategies.

Requirements

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensuring high accuracy across all store uploads, checklists, and metadata configurations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate across multidisciplinary internal teams.
  • Excellent time-management and tracking capabilities to coordinate multiple parallel project submissions and checklists.
  • Highly motivated and proactive mindset when taking ownership of day-to-day release operations and troubleshooting obstacles.
