TELECOMMUTE ServiceNow Solution Architect

• Lead discovery and solution-design workshops.
• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Provide technical leadership from discovery through go-live.
• Work closely with developers, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Support architecture across CSM and related ServiceNow workflows.
• Communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

This role requires someone who can confidently run workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and explain the technical decisions behind their designs. Candidates should have a strong development and scripting background rather than being design-only architects., * 8+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred.

• Proven Solution Architect or Technical Architect experience.
• Strong ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration background.
• Experience independently leading client workshops.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• CSM experience strongly preferred.
• Strong HRSD or ITSM experience considered with baseline CSM knowledge.
• CSA certification required.
• Relevant CIS certifications expected.
• CTA is a plus, not required.
