Workday Finance Systems Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-growing global technology business looking to hire a Workday Finance Systems Manager to support the continuous improvement, automation and optimisation of their Workday systems landscape following post-acquisition activity.

This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment where finance, technology, and operations intersect. The role sits within a global finance function and reports directly into senior finance leadership, with broad exposure across multiple business areas.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of the finance systems landscape, with a particular focus on Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, helping to shape and improve the future-state environment as the business continues to scale.

The company is currently evolving following significant M&A activity, making this a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning systems, ambiguity, and building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, support and enhance the Workday Financials environment

Partner with finance and technology stakeholders across the business

Support systems integration and transformation initiatives

Drive process improvement, automation, and optimisation projects

Mentor and support a small team

Contribute to roadmap planning across finance systems

Do you have experience in Workday?, Strong experience with Workday Financials

Workday Financials certification preferred

Experience with Adaptive Planning

Qualified accountant preferred

Comfortable working in evolving or “build phase” environments

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Pragmatic, collaborative, and adaptable personality
