Job description

  • Design and manage HR Operational Data Store (ODS) and Azure-based Data Warehouse solutions
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise reporting and analytics
  • Lead HR data architecture, governance, and database optimization initiatives
  • Partner with HRIS, Analytics, Reporting, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions
  • Manage and mentor the Database Administrator while providing technical leadership
  • Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and support Power BI reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, or Relational Database Design.
  • 2+ years of technical leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong expertise in Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, ADLS, SQL, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, and PowerBI.
  • Experience with HR/HCM data is a plus.
