Job description

We’re hiring a Technical Solution Developer II to join our growing delivery team. This is a client-facing, project-owning implementation role.

You’ll own engagements end-to-end on both HubSpot and Zendesk: running discovery calls, designing solutions, building and configuring on the platforms, managing your own project timeline, and handing clients something that actually works.

If you’ve got 2-4 years of hands-on CRM implementation experience, and you’re comfortable in front of clients, this is a good fit for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own HubSpot and Zendesk implementations from kickoff through go-live
  • Run client discovery calls and translate business requirements into working solutions
  • Manage your own project timelines and scope - proactively flagging issues before they escalate
  • Configure workflows, pipelines, automations, and integrations across both platforms
  • Build and maintain API and Zapier-based integrations between systems
  • Manage data migrations including CSV mapping, deduplication, and CRM hygiene
  • Deliver client training and handoff documentation at go-live
  • Coordinate with teammates on multi-project workload in Asana and Slack

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * 2-4 years of hands-on implementation experience on HubSpot and/or Zendesk

  • Demonstrated ability to own a project independently - no hand-holding needed
  • Strong client communication skills: you can run a discovery call, manage a scope conversation, and write a clear follow-up summary
  • Self-directed project management - you track your own timelines and surface issues early
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (Zapier, native connectors, etc.)
  • Active HubSpot or Zendesk certifications, or ability to certify within 60 days of hire

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience on both HubSpot and Zendesk (not just one)
  • Agency or consultancy background - managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience with data migrations: CSV mapping, deduplication, field hygiene
  • Familiarity with RevOps or CX strategy consulting
  • Working knowledge of Asana, Slack, Loom, or Google Workspace
