Requirements

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Hardware Deployment Engineer to support a short-term deployment project. This role will focus on the efficient rollout and installation of end-user hardware within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring devices are deployed to a high standard, users are set up correctly, and any issues are resolved quickly to minimise disruption. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys practical IT work and can deliver results within a tight timeframe.

  • Proven experience in hardware deployment, refresh, or rollout projects
  • Strong hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
  • Ability to image, build, and configure devices (eg Windows OS deployments)
  • Experience in user setup including account configuration and basic troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of IT support processes and device life cycle management
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload across a short-term project
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
