Job description

  • Audit program documentation and data for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools.
  • Produce reports and analyze trends to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate audit findings professionally and collaboratively with program managers.
  • Participate in Human Rights and Quality meetings, prepare accurate meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items.
  • Support compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure data integrity across multiple systems. Apply Now All fields required

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, tracking spreadsheets)
  • Strong computer and database proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to audit data for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborative approach when communicating findings and recommending improvements
  • Experience preparing reports, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining confidential information
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
