Support Services Administrator

Working Hours are 37.5 per week. Monday - Friday., * Updating our CAFM & client operating system, ensuring all specific work orders are actioned.

• Attaching all relevant documentation to specific work tasks.
• Pro-actively managing client maintenance services in advance with our nominated contractors.
• Arranging contractor service visits, co-ordinating with our clients.
• Producing client site log books and all other associated activity.
• Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Must be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

• Prior knowledge of Concept Evolution would be advantageous but not essential.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Experience within a customer service based environment.
