Job description

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Receiving calls and emails from clients requesting new jobs, updates on existing works, or progress on quotations.
  • Liaising with engineers and contractors to allocate new jobs and obtain updates on ongoing works.
  • Using our job management software to create, update and review jobs and quotations (full training provided).
  • Updating client portals with real-time information received from engineers and contractors.
  • Raising quotes for potential works and invoices for completed works using our in-house systems (full training provided).
  • Participating in the company’s on-call rota to respond to out-of-hours calls and queries when required.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, The successful candidate will be confident, enthusiastic and professional, with an excellent telephone manner and a positive attitude. You will enjoy building relationships with clients and contractors and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience within a facilities management, maintenance, helpdesk or similar customer service role would be advantageous. Applicants should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and IT-based job management systems and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously., * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and the confidence to question information where necessary.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Good computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst remaining self-motivated and proactive.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service., * Facilities management: 1 year (preferred)
