VDC Manager Miami, FL

• Direct and oversee BIM and VDC workflows across active projects
• Manage VDC production efforts and promote collaboration between project teams, office personnel, and IT
• Develop, implement, and maintain VDC standards, processes, and best practices
• Provide guidance, technical support, and mentorship to project and VDC staff
• Support constructability reviews, coordination efforts, and clash detection processes
• Act as a central point of contact between operations, design consultants, and field teams

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * 5-8+ years of construction project experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities

• Prior experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, or similar
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency with industry-standard VDC/BIM tools, including:AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Archicad (or comparable platforms)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Bilingual preferred.

$170,000 - $200,000 a year - Permanent, * Competitive compensation package ($170K-$200K)
