Japanese Bilingual Software Engineer ( ビザサポート可能)

We are seeking a Embedded Software Developer to join our development team stationed on-site at a leading automotive manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality system and application software for next-generation vehicle technologies.

[ Essential Duties ]

Responsible for overseeing, participating in and performing, but not limited to, the following tasks:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications.
• Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with engineers in Japan and North America to drive project
• success.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Prepare and present progress reports, and actively contribute in team discussions.

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 3+ years of professional engineering experience in system or application development.

• Strong proficiency in C++ (Mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).

Preferred (Big Plus):

• Experience with Rust.
• Experience in the automotive industry, such as car navigation, infotainment (IVI), or car audio systems.
