Configure server, PC, network, telephony hardware, and software solutions for corporate customers.

Perform on-site installation of server, PC, network, telephony hardware, and software.

Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site for customer environments.

Support administration and maintenance of customer systems, including servers, PCs, networks, telephony systems, and related software.

Participate in installation and troubleshooting projects at customer sites, including business trips as required.

Prepare work records, project records, installation records, configuration records, and troubleshooting documentation.

Report project status, technical issues, and troubleshooting progress to team leaders or project leaders.

Research products and market trends as requested by team leaders.

Draft proposals, quotations, and technical materials as needed.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to support timely project delivery and completion.

Help maintain accurate records of solutions and countermeasures for future reference.

Support customers with a professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach.

2-3+ years of IT support or infrastructure experience preferred., * We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual IT Engineer / Professional Services Engineer to support corporate clients with IT infrastructure solutions.

This role is based in the San Jose, CA office and is ideal for an engineer with approximately 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, network support, server support, or infrastructure engineering.

The position involves configuring, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting client systems, including servers, PCs, networks, telephony hardware/software, and related business IT environments.

The ideal candidate is practical, reliable, customer-service oriented, and eager to develop broader technical skills in a professional services environment., * Fluent Japanese and English communication skills required.

2-3+ years of experience in IT support, network support, server support, systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical role preferred.

Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and basic troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, virtualization, storage, and general IT infrastructure preferred.

Experience with Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or similar software/vendor products is a plus.

Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or other major network vendor devices is a plus.

Basic knowledge of security software and security solutions for servers and PCs is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and document work accurately.

Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed., * IT support or infrastructure: 2 years (Required)
