For the Leadership & Talent Development department, we are looking for a “Working Student Change & Communication (f/m/d)” at our locations in Taufkirchen or Ulm, starting as soon as possible (approximately 15 hours/week).

In the area of Leadership and Talent Development, we are the experts in leadership and talent development. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of programs and initiatives that provide our leaders and talents with a platform for personal and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

Actively support the preparation and implementation of communication measures in the context of introducing a new tool-based performance & development process Assist in the creation of communication materials (e.g., presentations, newsletters) Conduct research on best practices in change management and target group-oriented communication Support the evaluation and preparation of data from surveys

Do you have experience in Microsoft PowerPoint?, student (m/f/d) in Communication Studies, (Business) Psychology, or a related field Passion for change management and communication Creativity and strong communication skills, as well as an independent and conscientious work style Reliability and teamwork skills Very good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint Fluent in German and very good English skills
