Job description
Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. Coordinate changes to computer databases. May plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases., Drive the continuous evolution of Hyundai’s HR systems across Europe. As our new HRIS Consultant (m/w/d), you act as the regional expert for SuccessFactors and HR technology, ensuring reliable system operations, data integrity, and process excellence. Working closely with HR, IT, external partners, and regional stakeholders, you support system enhancements, drive HRIS projects, and enable data-driven HR decision-making., * Act as the regional subject matter expert for HR systems, including SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Ensure reliable HRIS operations, system configuration, data quality, and GDPR compliance across the region
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows
- Lead and coordinate HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, new functionality rollouts, and regional implementations
- Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to resolve system issues and deliver high-quality services
- Develop and deliver HRIS training and user guidance for HR teams and key stakeholders
- Generate people analytics, dashboards, and management reports to support business and HR decision-making
- Support workforce planning, organizational change initiatives, and regional HR projects
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of systems, processes, and policies
- Translate business requirements into practical HRIS solutions and recommendations
Requirements
Do you have experience in System administration?, * University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors in an HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology environment
- Experience with SAP HCM is a plus
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee data management, and HR system administration
- Experience managing HRIS projects, process improvements, and system implementations
- Comfortable working with people data, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex initiatives across international environments
- Structured, consultative, and process-oriented approach to workFluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
