Job description

Auria is looking to hire DevSecOps Engineers to support a classified mission operations program for the U.S. Space Force. These positions expand CI/CD pipeline capacity and support multi-team development and test operations as the program scales. Starts are staggered across the Phase 1A timeframe. Primary work location is Colorado Springs, CO (hybrid). Travel to Government and Auria facilities may be required. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:

  • Support and extend the program DevSecOps pipeline, contributing to CI/CD operations, STIG automation, and continuous monitoring implementation.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline stages for assigned software teams; implement automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Conduct automated system testing, integration, and deployment using DevSecOps tools and methods.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration-as-code (CaC) patterns consistent with program pipeline standards.
  • Support software quality efforts associated with product deliveries; conduct lifecycle maintenance of assigned DevSecOps toolchain components.
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Lead and DevSecOps Lead on security scanning integration and STIG compliance automation.

Requirements

  • Mission-Driven Professional: Collaborative contributor motivated by the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions that protect and serve both the nation and the world.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Top SECRET security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in DevSecOps or software engineering on classified DoW programs.
  • Programming skills in Bash, YAML, Python, PowerShell, and AWS CLI or Azure CLI.
  • Experience with GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, Nexus, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud or Azure Government).

WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:

  • Current U.S. Government Top SECRET clearance.
  • Experience supporting DoW, U.S. Space Force, or Space Systems Command programs.
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-171 and STIG compliance in a classified DevSecOps pipeline.
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe teams using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Security+, CKA, or equivalent DoW 8140 certification.
